We accept PayPal, Google Checkout, US Postal Service Money Orders, or Cashiers Checks. Google always wants top billing so if you prefer the other payment methods click on alternative methods during checkout.
We will wait until Cashiers Checks and Money Orders clear our financial institution before we ship any product, this can take up to 7 working days.
Please be advised that if paying by Money Order or Cashiers Check we will only hold the item for 10 days while waiting for your payment. Should your payment not arrive in that time the item will go back into the store.
We ship to the US and Canada via USPS First Class Mail unless the combined order weighs too much, then we will find the best shipping method to ensure the items arrive in a timely fashion with a respectable cost.
We also ship to APO and FPO! Same as shipping to the US.
All our items are in stock, we do not use drop shippers, so everything ships from Southern Califonia.
Please ensure your email can accept messages from cox.net, usa.net, and .mil domains.
Should a package arrive at your door damaged please refuse delivery. The Postal Service will return the package to us and we will seek claims from them. We will promptly ship another package to you unless the item was one of a kind and damaged during transit.
We do have a return policy, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. All our orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation so 7 days from the time you received your order an item may be returned. We do not pay for return shipping, you get to do that. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during this process. If we don't receive the item in the condition we sent it out then we will not refund your purchase price. We do not refund the cost of shipping.
