Insurance is optional. It is suggested for breakable items such as glass or porcelain collectibles. We pack all of our items very well but can't guarantee what will happen at the post office. Standard price for up to $50.00 of coverage is $1.70.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, US Postal Service Money Orders and Bank Cashiers Checks. We now also accept Google Checkout.
Please note: Google requires Top Billing when on a page so to pay by other methods, click on Buy then Alternate Payment. This will permit PayPal, Money Order and Cashier Check options.

What kind of shipping methods do you have?/ How long does shipping take?
Your order will be shipped with USPS from San Diego, CA USA. All orders received before 9:00am PST are processed the same day (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays), otherwise orders will be processed next day. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you. It usually takes 2 - 5 days for an order to get delivered after it is shipped and 5 to 10 days for Canada. A tracking number will be provided. Please check shipping status with the tracking number we provide you in your notice of shipment.

How can I make sure you have inventory on the item that I want?
Every item shown in our store is in stock, we do not use dropshippers. In the event 2 web orders are received at the same time for a single item and the computer did not block one, we will probably ship to the customer who is further away from our store and then contact the other customer via email to discuss changes or delays. Doesn't sound "fair", but this is the best solution in this very rare circumstance.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is based on the weight of the item or items in your order. All orders under 2 pounds have the same rate (it's VERY low!).

Do you take phone orders?
Not at this time. We are in and out all day and do not want folks to think we are unavailable, that's why we have the web store.
If it's a nice day for riding, we definelty won't be near the phones! Living in Southern California almost assures you we will be out riding.

Do I receive any confirmation email? How Do I check my order status?
You will recieve a confirmation email and a shipping email from us. The shipping email will contain a tracking number so you can check the status of your package during its tranist.
